Adam Al-Mghari
Adam Al-Mghari is a Palestinian artist from Gaza, born in Gaza and dedicated to visual production. He has produced several art projects and received extensive training in painting, engraving and printing techniques in 2016 at Eltiqa Gallery in Gaza through the Second Contemporary Arts Programme. He worked on a solo exhibition at the French Institute Gallery in Gaza entitled ‘Manbat’ in 2017, and received an artistic residency grant at Shabakeh in Gaza City in 2019. He participated in the ‘32’ exhibition at the Mono Gallery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2020. His artistic expression tends towards multimedia techniques within the context of experimental arts. He enrolled in a training course and workshop in ‘experimental arts and multimedia techniques’ led by artist Raed Ibrahim, as part of a specialised workshop organised by the Tala'a Gallery in 2021.
He has participated in numerous group exhibitions, including the Gaza Annual Contemporary Art Exhibition in 2017 and the Contemplative Comparisons Exhibition in 2020. He was selected to participate in the Sahab Museum group exhibition, a collective mural displayed at the Plais De Tokyo and IMA in Paris. He has participated in numerous visual arts workshops and graphic art printing programmes, as well as many international group exhibitions in Istanbul, London and Berlin.
He participated to “L’Avenir du Nuage” at Institut du Monde Arabe (2023) and to “A Place to Be” immersive installation at Palais de Tokyo (2024).
