Mohammed Abu Hashish
Visual artist from Gaza, Palestine. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. He works in the field of plastic arts and sculpture in particular, and is an art teacher and trainer in the field of plastic arts. He has produced several solo exhibitions, such as: the ‘Karamat’ exhibition, which was displayed at the YMCA Gallery in 2016; and the ‘Al-Nawa’ exhibition, which was displayed at the Shababik Gallery in 2021.
During his artistic career, he has received numerous production grants and participated in many group exhibitions in Palestine and abroad, including: The workshop and exhibition ‘First Contemporary Arts Programme’ organised by Eltiqa Gallery, Gaza. The exhibition ‘Contemplative Comparisons’ organised by Shababik Studio, Gaza.
Mohammed Abu Hashish participated to the Urgent Grant Program 2025.
