Nour Al-Huda Ibrahim, Tales of Extermination, 2025
An art project that showcases the Palestinian experience from the heart of suffering, where human pain is transformed into a visual language that pulsates with life. Through this work, I evoke memories and embody scenes of loss, displacement and hunger. As an honest documentation of what people experienced in moments of cruelty, I used bark as a material for resistance and expression, because my project is an attempt to transform tragedy into artistic testimony, drawing inspiration for the details of this project from real stories that people experienced during the war, where pain, grief and loss are not just passing emotions, but a reality that leaves its mark on the soul and memory.
